The Role

As a Software Support Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our English‑speaking global clientele. You will move beyond basic troubleshooting to become a true product expert, ensuring our users maximise the value of our software suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance and resolve complex software queries via telephone and email.
  • Data Investigation: Use SQL to perform basic queries and updates, investigating back‑end data to resolve technical issues.
