Role Description

As a Software Support Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our Swedish & English speaking global clientele. You will move beyond basic troubleshooting to become a true product expert, ensuring our users maximise the value of our software suite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance and resolve complex software queries via telephone and email.
  • Data Investigation: Use SQL to perform basic queries and updates, investigating back-end data to resolve technical issues.
  • Problem Resolution: Diagnosing software bugs and collaborating with the development team to provide long-term solutions.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Collaborating with the wider support team to document insights and improve the customer experience.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Native or business-level fluency in English & Swedish (written and verbal) is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL; you must be comfortable writing and executing basic queries and updates to manage database information.
  • Experience: Proven background in customer-facing support, ideally within a software or technical environment.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional empathy, patience, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
