The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who is eager to develop hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, content creation, and marketing analytics within a global software business. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives.

Pay: £26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing content across digital channels including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates
  • Support social media planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring
  • Assist in the creation, editing, and execution of email marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategy development
  • Analyse marketing data such as campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics
  • Support the organisation and execution of international marketing events including webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including maintaining marketing assets, updating databases, and qualifying inbound leads
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
  • Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail
  • Basic analytical skills with interest in data-driven marketing
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Full UK driving licence preferred
  • Level 3 Marketing Diploma or equivalent qualification desirable
