The Opportunity
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Administrator to join our Projects Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of our software implementation projects. You’ll ensure each project is organised, documented, and progressing smoothly — keeping all stakeholders informed and aligned along the way.

You’ll be responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, and ensuring that all project milestones are tracked and achieved efficiently. Working closely with consultants and project managers, you’ll help deliver a seamless and professional experience for our customers. Your proactive attitude, attention to detail, and organisational skills will make you an invaluable part of our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and activities to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Track progress against project timelines, flagging potential issues early and supporting resolution.
  • Liaise with customers to gather information, schedule meetings, and provide project updates.
  • Manage internal communication between teams to ensure everyone is aligned and informed.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and materials for internal and client meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with MCS policies and ISO standards, maintaining accurate and secure project records.
  • Support smaller customer projects and tasks as part of our commitment to excellent customer service.

You Should Apply If
You have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a project delivery environment. You’re highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively. You’re confident in communicating with both internal teams and external customers. You have a solid understanding of processes and know what needs to happen — and when. You’re proactive and always looking for ways to improve efficiency and prevent problems before they occur. You have an interest in technology and enjoy learning new systems and tools. You speak French or another European language (preferred, but not mandatory).
