The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and optimisation of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Working hours would be 11:00am – 7:00pm (to support the USA team). This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who is eager to develop hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign coordination, content creation, and marketing analytics within a global software business. Working closely with the Head of Marketing and wider team, you will play a key role in ensuring marketing initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing content across digital channels including social media, blogs, newsletters, and website updates
- Support social media planning, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring
- Assist in the creation, editing, and execution of email marketing campaigns
- Conduct market and competitor research to support marketing strategy development
- Analyse marketing data such as campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics
- Support the organisation and execution of international marketing events including webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including maintaining marketing assets, updating databases, and qualifying inbound leads
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and materials
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in a marketing or digital marketing role
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Basic analytical skills with interest in data-driven marketing
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with social media platforms and email marketing tools
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Level 3 Marketing Diploma or equivalent qualification desirable
