We are seeking a Finance & Admin Assistant (French-speaking) to support financial and administrative operations for the French region. This role is critical in ensuring accurate processing, strong customer communication, and effective credit control, while also providing general support to the wider Finance & Administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer service support contracts for the French region, including communicating annual renewals and managing interim contract changes with customers.
  • Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring correct coding and that appropriate authorisations are in place prior to payment.
  • Carry out credit control activities, including obtaining SEPA agreements, monitoring outstanding invoices, and proactively following up on overdue balances to minimise financial risk.
  • Provide general finance and administrative support to the wider Finance & Administration team, assisting with day-to-day operational tasks as required.
  • Maintain accurate financial and administrative records in line with company procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of finance and administrative processes to support efficiency, accuracy, and best practice.
  • Communicate professionally with internal teams and external customers, always delivering a high standard of service.
  • Uphold MCS standards of professionalism, accuracy, and customer service in all finance and administrative activities.
You Should apply If:
  • Previous experience in a finance and/or administrative role.
  • High level of accuracy with strong organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Confident communicator, able to liaise professionally with internal teams and external customers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a small, collaborative team.
  • Experience using ERP systems (knowledge of MCSrm is an advantage).
  • Experience working in an international or multi-region business environment.
