Role Description
As a Software Support Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutch customers. You must be comfortable writing and executing basic queries and updates to manage database information.
Experience:
- Proven background in customer‑facing support, ideally within a software or technical environment.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional empathy, patience, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
