As a Software Support Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our Dutch & English speaking global clientele. You will move beyond basic troubleshooting to become a true product expert, ensuring our users maximise the value of our software suite.

  • Technical Advisory: Provide expert guidance and resolve complex software queries via telephone and email.
  • Data Investigation: Use SQL to perform basic queries and updates, investigating back-end data to resolve technical issues.
  • Diagnosing software bugs and collaborating with the development team to provide long-term solutions.
  • Collaborating with the wider support team to document insights and improve the customer experience.

Language Skills: Native or business-level fluency in English & Dutch (written and verbal) is essential.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL; you must be comfortable writing and executing basic queries and updates to manage database information.

Experience: Proven background in customer-facing support, ideally within a software or technical environment. A genuine love for technology and a desire to continuously learn and master new software features.
