Support Worker – Horley
Pay: £17.00 per hour

The Role:
- Administering medication
- Monitoring health observations
- General healthcare support
- Managing complex needs
- Providing reassurance, dignity, and emotional support every step of the way
Shifts:
- 12 hours Monday to Sunday days
- 12 hours Monday to Sunday nights
What We're Looking For:
We're looking for compassionate and capable support Worker who bring clinical expertise, empathy, and a calm, professional approach to complex situations. If you've worked in care before, particularly within the NHS or community healthcare settings, you'll feel right at home with us.
Role Requirements:
- At least 1 year of support worker experience
- A Full UK driving licence
- Safeguarding Level 3
- A DBS registered on the Update Service
- Valid Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training
