If you’ve worked in care before, particularly within the NHS or community healthcare settings, you’ll feel right at home with us. We value nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and who can confidently support individuals with a range of health and support needs. To be successful, you’ll need: At least 1 year of nursing experience A Full UK driving licence Safeguarding Level 3 A DBS registered on the Update Service Valid Manual Handling & Basic Life Support training Shifts: 12 hours Monday to Sunday days 12 hours Monday to Sunday nights What You’ll Be Doing: * Administering medication * Monitoring health observations * Managing complex needs * Providing reassurance, dignity, and emotional support every step of the way Sound Like a Good Fit?
