The Role
You will have a wide range of duties, such as;
- Prepare year-end accounts to draft stage, supported by clear and accurate working papers.
- Carry out bookkeeping duties including bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
- Process payroll and prepare VAT returns for a range of clients.
- Assist with personal and corporate tax computations.
- Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
The Person
The ideal candidate will be:
- Accounts Technician (IATI) or Part-Qualified (ACCA / ACA / similar).
- Previous experience in an accountancy practice is preferred.
- Strong experience in industry will be considered.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
