We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our client's busy and growing recruitment team. You'll support the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and efficient recruitment operations. This is a day-rate contract for an initial 12 month period.
The role:
- Coordinate recruitment activities from vacancy approval through to offer stage.
- Manage candidate communications, screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment administration.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and reporting information.
- Support graduate and early careers recruitment initiatives, including attending careers events.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and external stakeholders.
- Ensure recruitment processes remain compliant with GDPR and company policies.
- Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across the recruitment function.
- Keep up to date with recruitment trends and employment legislation.
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience in a recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR role.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment.
- HR qualification or equivalent experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of SharePoint or SAP is advantageous.
