Senior HRIS Analyst Hybrid MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing Irish organisation that is continuing to invest heavily in its Digital Transformation team.

They are looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to take ownership of improving and developing their HR technology landscape, working across HR, Payroll and Technology.

This is a really good opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of systems, data and processes, but also wants to have a genuine impact on how technology is used across the wider business.

What you'll be doing Configuring and improving Sage People and other HR systems Supporting the implementation and rollout of a new Learning Management System Building reports and dashboards through Salesforce Report Writer Developing workflows, calculated fields and business processes Managing integrations across HRIS, Payroll and ERP systems Improving data quality, controls and audit processes Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support across the HR systems landscape Working closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and Technology teams Supporting system releases and carrying out fit-gap analysis What we're looking for 3+ years' experience working across HR systems or HRIS platforms Experience with Sage People, Workday, SAP Success Factors or a similar HR platform Strong experience across reporting, workflows and system configuration A good understanding of HR systems integrations and data Someone analytical who enjoys identifying where systems and processes can be improved Confidence working with both technical teams and wider business stakeholders If you have strong HRIS experience and would like to hear more about the role, get in touch with Katie Doyle at MCS Group or apply with an up-to-date CV.
