MCS Group are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to join a leading and highly reputed accountancy practice for their Dublin or Balbriggan based office.
The Company: Our client is a well-established and growing professional services firm with a strong reputation across Ireland, providing a comprehensive range of audit, tax, accounting and advisory services. Following on from their continuing growth, they are looking to add a Corporate Finance Manager to join their team.

The Role: As the successful Corporate Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Providing corporate finance & transaction advisory services to a portfolio of clients
- Duties including financial due diligence
- Mergers & acquisitions advisory
- Corporate restructuring
- Prepare & review finance models, business valuations & transaction reports
- Supervise & mentor junior members of staff
The Person: The successful Corporate Finance Manager will meet the following criteria:
- ACCA/ACA/CFA qualified or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in corporate finance, transactions services, audit, advisory or investment banking
- Experience in assistant manager/manager role desirable
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
