This opportunity is ideally suited to a commercially astute, relationship-driven professional with proven experience in partnership management, strategic account management, or senior B2B sales. This is a pivotal role within a fast-growing, mission-led organisation, combining strategic relationship development, commercial influence, and hands-on business development in a dynamic, start-up environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that generate consistent, repeatable one-to-many revenue opportunities.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with partner organisations.
- Lead face-to-face engagement, representing the business in partner meetings, client discussions, site visits, and industry settings.
- Deliver high-quality presentations, workshops, and platform demonstrations, effectively communicating ROI, operational impact, and cost savings.
- Drive partnership-led revenue growth across both energy management software and engineering service offerings.
- Identify and develop new partnership channels, including opportunities for white-label and B2P engagement models.
- Maintain accurate tracking of partner activity, pipeline, and performance within CRM systems.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of partnership strategy in line with company growth objectives.
Essential Criteria
- Proven track record in partnership management, strategic account management, or senior B2B sales.
- Experience generating revenue through relationship-led, one-to-many partnerships rather than transactional sales.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on partnership opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical solutions to both commercial and technical audiences.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy in a remote-first, start-up environment.
- Full driver's licence and willingness to travel across Ireland.
