As part of ongoing growth, we are looking for a Technical Operations Lead to join the team, supporting and advancing manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities
- Lead technical QMS activities including non-conformance investigations, CAPAs, and Change Controls.
- Act as SME during audits and inspections.
- Provide hands-on support for manufacturing.
- Troubleshoot process issues, support critical operations, and ensure GMP adherence.
- Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
- Monitor and report on performance KPIs.
- Lead and mentor a team.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration and technical development.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Proven expertise in GMP, QMS activities, and technical problem-solving.
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
