MCS is delighted to be working exclusively with a high-growth, PE-backed SaaS company that is transforming how organisations manage documents, workflows, and business-critical information. They are expanding their UK presence and are now hiring a Solutions Consultant to join their UK Services team. This is a fully remote role with a preference for candidates based in Northern Ireland, though applicants across the UK will be considered.
What You’ll Be Doing
- This is a hands-on, client-facing role focused on configuring smart, user-friendly solutions - no coding required.
- You’ll become a trusted partner to clients in professional services, financial services, and consulting, helping them improve how they work by designing intuitive, metadata-driven workflows.
- Lead onboarding projects and help clients get value from the platform from day one.
- Configure document workflows, metadata structures, and process automation using the platform's no-code tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Architects) to ensure smooth delivery.
- Work across the UK, EMEA, and US client base.
- Provide ongoing best practice guidance on information management, compliance, and workflow optimisation.
What We’re Looking For
- This role suits someone who’s curious, proactive, and passionate about helping clients work smarter - not just ticking boxes.
- 3-7 years’ experience in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong business process understanding - ideally in sectors like accounting, audit, wealth management or consulting.
- Comfortable configuring tools or workflows via UI (e.g. building automations, setting metadata, user permissions).
- Excellent communication and relationship skills - you’ll be leading conversations with everyone from end users to C-level.
- Confident working independently and managing your own workload - no hand-holding here.
- Nice to have: Experience with SaaS platforms in document management, workflow automation or compliance.
- Comfortable with tools like Excel or data mapping.
- Background in a smaller consultancy or internal transformation/digital projects in large corporates.
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £60,000 base (negotiable depending on experience).
