The Role
- As the successful Tax Reserves Manager
- Manage global partner tax reserves, including reconciliations, tax equalisation, year‑end reporting, and accounting accuracy.
- Coordinate with international tax teams, partners, CFOs, and external advisors to maintain robust tax reserve processes.
- Drive process improvements through AI and automation while mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- What You Need to Succeed
- ACA (or equivalent) qualified; CTA, ADIT, or other tax qualification desirable, with Manager‑level personal or corporate tax experience.
- Strong General Ledger accounting, analytical, and numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Effective communicator and collaborative team player, with the ability to build relationships across global teams.
- Knowledge of tax issues affecting professional partnerships is advantageous.
