The Company: MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with a well-established and growing accountancy practice based in Portadown as they look to recruit for a Tax Junior to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious practice professional looking to gain wider exposure across accounts preparation, bookkeeping, VAT, and tax within a supportive and flexible working environment. The Rewards: As the successful Tax Junior you will receive the following:
- £25,000 - £32,000 base salary
- Hybrid working - 3 days office / 2 days home
- Flexible working structure with core hours only

The Role: As the successful Tax Junior you will be responsible for the following:
- Accounts preparation
- General bookkeeping duties
- Preparation and submission of VAT returns
- Personal and corporate tax returns
- Bank reconciliations
The Person: The successful Tax Junior will meet the following criteria:
- Ideally ATI or ATT qualified with at least 1 years practice experience
- Open to candidates with at least 1 year's experience within a practice bookkeeping/assistant accountant role
- Exposure to personal and corporate tax would be highly advantageous
- Eager to progress and develop within practice accountancy
