MCS Group is partnering with a long-established, internationally operating Multi-Family Office, recognised as a Best Place to Work 2025, to recruit a part-time Tax Compliance Administrator in Belfast.
The Company: A long-established, family-founded Multi-Family Office with over 20 years' experience in managing investments and estates, now operating internationally with offices in Belfast, Jersey, Malta and the Isle of Man. The Belfast office provides specialist back-office tax and governance support to a Jersey-regulated business, with a close-knit team spanning HR, legal, administration, and finance, all contributing to the delivery of high-quality service to a global private client portfolio.

Job Duties of the Tax Compliance Administrator include:
- Prepare and submit UK personal tax returns for non-resident clients
- Maintain compliance calendars and ensure all HMRC deadlines are met
- Collate financial data and maintain accurate tax records (digital and physical)
- Update internal systems with tax filings and client information
- Communicate professionally with HMRC and support compliance reporting
- Support delivery of high-quality, compliant service to a global private client portfolio
What you need to be the Successful Tax Compliance Administrator:
- 1-2 years' experience in an office or administrative role
- Basic understanding of UK personal tax and HMRC processes
- Interested in studying towards ATT qualification
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and deadline focus
- Confident using Excel for data handling and basic analysis
- Professional communicator with a proactive, client-focused approach
