Talent Acquisition Manager - Belfast - Exclusive opportunity
MCS Group is delighted to be exclusively partnering with a well-established, growing organisation operating across the UK and Europe as they look to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to their team, in this full-time permanent opportunity.
The role:
You'll lead the day-to-day performance of the division, balancing strategic leadership with a hands-on commercial approach. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll focus on growing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, improving operational performance and developing a high-performing team.
This role is based on-site in Northern Ireland four days per week, and applicants must be able to meet this working pattern. The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate their Right to Work in the UK before commencing employment.
The successful candidate:
- Leading, coaching and developing an established recruitment and operations team.
- Driving business growth through existing client relationships and new business development.
- Taking ownership of commercial performance, profitability and operational delivery.
- Building long-term partnerships with clients across engineering, construction and industrial sectors.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and overall business performance.
- Working closely with senior leadership to support the wider growth strategy.
