MCS Group are proud to be partnering with a leading Further and Higher Education provider in their search for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter to develop creative attraction strategies and deliver end-to-end recruitment.
The Role:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns for specialist vacancies.
- Develop and review job descriptions, person specifications, and candidate assessment methods.
- Design and implement innovative attraction strategies to engage hard-to-reach and passive candidates.
- Support recruitment activities that contribute to the continued growth of apprenticeship programmes and vocational training initiatives.
- Coordinate candidate onboarding processes to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
- Organise and deliver recruitment and engagement events to raise awareness of career opportunities within Further Education.
- Build effective relationships with hiring managers and provide evidence-based recruitment recommendations.
- Analyse recruitment challenges and identify solutions to improve candidate attraction, engagement, and conversion rates.
