This is an excellent opportunity for an IT Support Engineer or Junior Systems Administrator to join a collaborative team where you'll gain exposure to Microsoft cloud technologies, endpoint management and core infrastructure while building your technical skills.
This role would suit someone who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting users and wants to develop into a well rounded Systems Administrator.
(Hybrid - 3 days in office - County Louth) Kindly note that Stamp 4/EU Citizenship is required to proceed as sponsorship isn't available for this position
What you'll be doing...
- Managing user onboarding, offboarding and access requests
- Administering Active Directory / Entra ID user accounts and permissions
- Supporting Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, Teams, Share Point and licensing
- Building and configuring laptops and end-user devices using Intune and Autopilot
- Providing technical support across Windows devices, hardware and software
- Assisting with Windows Server administration and cloud services
- Performing routine maintenance, updates and system health checks
- Supporting backup, monitoring and security processes
- Maintaining IT documentation and asset records
- Working closely with senior infrastructure engineers while developing your own technical capability
What we're looking for...
- Around 3+ years' experience in an IT Support, Helpdesk or Systems Administration role
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
- Knowledge of Active Directory and/or Entra ID
- Experience with Windows 10/11 administration
- Exposure to Intune or other device management platforms
- Understanding of networking fundamentals such as DNS, DHCP and IP addressing
- A proactive attitude and genuine enthusiasm for learning new technologies
Experience with Windows Server, Power Shell or Microsoft cloud technologies would be a real advantage but isn't essential.
