Your Role;
- Lead and manage the monthly S&OP demand planning and forecasting process to enable effective factory scheduling while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
- Collaborate with operations and production to ensure demand plan fulfilment aligns with factory capacity.
- Drive robust order management and customer fulfilment processes.
- Manage production planning and scheduling for the solutions factory to meet demand and maintain regional finished goods targets.
- Partner with logistics and 3PLs to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedules.
- Optimise production capacity and labour utilisation, reducing inefficiencies and changeovers.
- Establish forecast accuracy metrics and partner with regional and commercial teams to continually improve.
I am looking for someone with strong planning and scheduling experience – ideally from FMCG or Manufacturing – who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
