MCS Group is proud to partner with a UK-based global pharmaceutical leader to recruit a Site Lead for their Kenya manufacturing facility. This is a rare opportunity to join an innovative organisation with a strong international presence, leading site performance across People, Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost while playing a key role in their global operations strategy.
As the Site Lead, you will lead site strategy, champion a strong safety and quality culture, oversee manufacturing, supply chain and engineering performance, and develop a high-performing leadership team. The role also carries responsibility for site P&L, regulatory readiness (FDA/VMD/EMA), capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Requirements:- Degree qualified (Science, Engineering or Business preferred).
- Manufacturing site leadership experience.
- Strong GMP and regulatory inspection background.
- Demonstrated operational P&L ownership and change leadership.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing, supply chain and quality systems.
- Experienced people leader with Operational Excellence capability.
- Some international travel will be required.
