MCS Group is delighted to recruit a Senior Production Technician/Operator for our successful client, a leading global manufacturing company based in Larne.
As the Senior Production Operator, you will:
- Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate staffing to achieve daily production targets.
- Monitor and report rejected product and production issues.
- Ensure batch documentation, logbooks and reconciliation records are completed accurately and on time.
- Allocate materials and complete relevant stock reconciliation documentation.
- Support and guide colleagues to achieve operational and quality objectives.
You will have:
- Flexibility to work shifts and overtime.
- Previous experience in a team-leading or senior operator capacity would be advantageous.
- Experience within a regulated manufacturing environment would be beneficial.
