The Opportunity
This is a chance to join a growing, well-backed technology business that is fundamentally changing how organisations manage information, workflows, and decision‑making. Their platform sits at the heart of how modern businesses operate - connecting documents, processes, and people in a way that actually reflects how work gets done. Instead of static systems and folders, they enable dynamic, intelligent workflows that scale with the business.
Over the past 12‑18 months, the company has gone through a major evolution - new leadership, fresh investment, and a clear focus on scaling key markets like the UK. The result is a business that is both stable and ambitious, with real momentum behind it. This hire is a key one.
You’ll be joining a growing UK team, stepping into a senior position where you have real influence across projects, clients, and the wider consulting function.
Why this role is worth a conversation
- You’re not just delivering tickets – you’re shaping how businesses operate
- You’ll work across multiple clients and industries, not stuck in one environment
- You’ll have a voice in projects, not just execution responsibility
- You’ll mentor and guide more junior consultants
- You’ll stay close enough to the tech to keep your edge, without being purely hands‑on
What you’ll be doing
- Working directly with clients to understand how their business operates
- Translating that into scalable system and workflow designs
- Configuring and implementing solutions that improve how teams work
- Integrating systems (CRM, ERP, internal tools) into a unified platform
- Supporting projects from early scoping through to delivery and beyond
- Contributing to pre‑sales – helping shape solutions and provide input into estimates
- Identifying opportunities to improve or expand solutions with clients
- Supporting and mentoring junior consultants within the team
What they’re looking for (essentials)
- Experience in a client‑facing consulting or implementation role
- Strong background working across systems, workflows, or business applications
- Experience gathering and translating business requirements into solutions
- Exposure to system integrations (e.g. CRM, ERP, APIs)
- Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate clearly with non‑technical users
- A consultative mindset – someone who adds value, not just delivers tasks
Technical experience (important, but not the whole role)
- Some exposure to development (e.g. C#, .NET, or similar)
- Understanding of how software is built and extended
- Comfortable working alongside developers and contributing to technical discussions
Note: You don’t need to be a full‑time developer, but you do need to understand how things work under the hood.
Nice to have
- Experience with document management, workflow, or enterprise systems
- Background in implementation consulting, solutions consulting, or technical BA roles
- Experience working across multiple projects or clients
- Previous involvement in pre‑sales or solution design
The type of person who will do well here
- You enjoy working with people as much as technology
- You’re naturally curious about how businesses operate
- You don’t just accept requirements – you challenge and improve them
- You’re comfortable balancing multiple projects and priorities
- You like being in a role where you can influence outcomes
What’s on offer
- £55,000 - £65,000 base salary
- 10% bonus
- Fully remote working (UK‑based)
- Strong onboarding and support
- Clear opportunity to grow within a scaling UK team
Why now?
The business is investing heavily in the UK, with recent hires across sales and consulting. There’s real intent behind the growth, and this role sits right in the middle of it. If you’re someone who enjoys the mix of client interaction, problem‑solving, and technology, this is a role where you can have real impact without losing the technical side of what you do.
