MCS Group is working with one of Northern Ireland\’s Top 100 companies in their search for an experienced Project Manager with experience of managing both digital and business systems projects. A unique business which has grown from strength-to-strength and known internationally is investing heavily, and will allow an experienced project manager or programme manager to deliver transformation projects across the whole organisation. This role involves ensuring the successful delivery of projects, implementing new business systems, and driving efficiency across operations. This is a hybrid role based in Newry, offering a 1pm finish on Fridays and a clear path for progression for this individual in a scaling successful business. Key Responsibilities: The Senior Project Manager will work across end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. You\’ll implement and integrate new business systems to enhance operational efficiency, with a focus on ERP to begin with, but will also touch upon CRM, Document Management and HR Systems across the group business. You\’ll work closely and coordinate cross-functional teams, including data, production, logistics, and finance. Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Communicate project progress and key milestones to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the business, including implementing new project management tools and project management best practice. Requirements: Proven experience in project management within IT, Digital or Business Systems ideally within a manufacturing or construction setting. You\’ll have a strong understanding of business systems implementation and process improvement (ideally with a focus on ERP systems). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
