MCS Group are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a global manufacturing organisation to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing finance function in Belfast.

The Rewards: As the successful Senior Financial Analyst, you will receive: £60-75k base salary + extensive benefits; Annual bonus; Hybrid/flexible working options (3 Days Office Based); Exposure to a global finance function within a high-growth technology environment.

The Role: Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, the Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to improve financial visibility and support commercial decision-making;
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis across the Global Sales & Marketing function;
  • Manage monthly tracking and analysis of expenses against forecast and budget;
  • Performing revenue reserve analysis and monitoring pricing and discount trends;
  • Preparing financial and operational reporting, dashboards, and executive-level presentations;
  • Other duties as outlined in the full job description.

The Person: The successful Senior Financial Analyst will meet the following criteria:

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or Equivalent;
  • Open to FP&A, Revenue Analysis or Sales;
  • Strong IT skills;
  • Strong communication skills.
