MCS are delighted to be working with a leading manufacturer who are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Brand Executive to join their team. This role reports directly to the Managing Director, where you will play a key role in developing and delivering the company's marketing strategy, increasing brand awareness, supporting commercial growth, and driving customer engagement.

This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to shape the marketing function while managing a broad range of campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Create and oversee high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, technical literature, photography, video, CGI and promotional content.
  • Manage advertising, PR, direct marketing, social media, email marketing, SEO and PPC campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Lead the ongoing development and optimisation of the company website and digital presence.
  • Coordinate successful product launches and create compelling project case studies using photography and video content.
  • Provide marketing support to the sales team, distributors, agents and customers, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
  • Manage CRM activity to strengthen customer relationships and improve communications.
  • Organise exhibitions, trade shows, customer events and apprenticeship support initiatives.
  • Build effective relationships with external creative, digital and PR agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on marketing performance, using data and insights to optimise future campaigns and maximise return on investment.
The ideal Candidate
  • A degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
  • Significant experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within construction, manufacturing or another B2B environment.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing and social media.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A commercially focused mindset with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
