Marketing Assistant

MCS Group is currently working alongside a leading Managed IT provider to recruit a Sales & Marketing Assistant to join the growing team. The successful candidate will assist in marketing the brand and support the sales function of the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate who wishes to be exposed to and involved with all aspects of marketing in this varied marketing role. This company provides lots of opportunities for growth, learning and development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional media
- Contribute to event organisation, including in person and virtual events across Ni and ROI.
- Support content creation across WordPress Website, Social Media, Email Marketing, Blogs and PR
- Track and report campaign performance, providing insights to optimise strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams and partners to ensure aligned messaging, branding, and promotional activities
- Customer Success Management: Support ongoing customer satisfaction by ensuring smooth onboarding, proactive communication, and resolution of post-sale issues.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with key accounts by understanding their business needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
- QBR (Quarterly Business Review) Preparation: Assist in the preparation and delivery of QBRs, including gathering performance data, usage metrics, and customer feedback.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather missing information, clarify order details, and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Essential Criteria:
- 1-2 years of experience in a marketing/sales support role B2B
- Experience with social media (LinkedIn, Twitter), MS Office, WordPress CMS, Canva, MailChimp and GA4
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A collaborative mindset with a high level of dedication and ability to work to deadlines.
