This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual with experience in the security industry to secure high-value contracts, build strong client relationships, and drive business growth in a competitive market. About the Role The Sales Executive will focus on identifying and securing new clients requiring 168-hour manned guarding contracts, delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs. Collaborating with internal teams, this role is instrumental in achieving revenue targets while maintaining high standards of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new clients for high-value contracts. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure retention and up-selling opportunities. Conducting site visits to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions. Proposal and Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals and bids aligned with client needs. Negotiate contracts, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies. Collaboration and Reporting: Partner with operations, HR, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. About You 3-5 years of sales experience in the security industry. Proven track record of securing 168-hour manned guarding contracts or similar deals. Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities. Deep understanding of the security industry, compliance, and regulations.
