MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading financial services organisation based in Belfast who are looking to add a Resourcing Manager to their team.

The role: You will manage the recruitment team in the effective and efficient delivery of all permanent, fixed term and contingent labour recruitment.

The main responsibilities:

  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal colleagues & external suppliers
  • Produce and review timely accurate management information
  • Develop and implement modern and effective recruitment tools
  • Ensure all recruitment activities reflect regulatory requirements
  • Provide senior level direct sourcing expertise in business areas as required
  • Improve hiring experience and reduce time-to-hire through cultural change
  • Line management of a high-performance team

The ideal candidate:

  • Hold relevant professional qualification (preferable)
  • Experience in recruitment line management, incorporating resourcing delivery against financial and performance objectives
  • Proven track record of relationship building at a range of levels
  • Experience in driving innovation and continuous improvement within resourcing processes
