MCS Group are delighted to be supporting a large public sector organisation in adding an Regeneration Capital Development Officer to there team for a long term temporary contract. The Role will consist of: Delivery of the regeneration and capital plan on time and within budget. Delivery of a quality project(s) meeting needs of both the Organisation and end users. Provide advice and guidance on regeneration related matters. Work in partnership with a range of internal and external stakeholders, from both an advocacy / facilitation and direct delivery perspective to ensure delivery of regeneration and development projects and initiatives. The Person As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience: Essential: Have a minimum of a third level qualification in a related subject such as Planning, Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Regeneration, Project Management, Economic Development, Business Experience in managing and delivering successful capital/development/regeneration projects or initiatives.
