Recruitment Manager – Permanent – Antrim

MCS Group is delighted to be working with a leading private sector organisation as they continue to grow and invest in their people strategy. As part of this growth, they are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Manager to lead their internal talent acquisition function.

The role:

You'll take ownership of all recruitment activities, working closely with senior leadership and project teams to attract and retain top talent across a range of technical, professional, and site-based roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across engineering, commercial, and support functions.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill and specialist roles.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide expert guidance on market conditions and recruitment best practices.

  • Manage external recruitment partners and ensure cost-effective hiring solutions.

  • Support employer branding, social media recruitment campaigns, and talent attraction initiatives.

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of skilled candidates for future project requirements.

  • Track recruitment metrics, analyse trends, and report to senior stakeholders.

  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience and promote a positive company culture throughout the recruitment. process.

The ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience in a recruitment management or senior talent acquisition role.

  • Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Knowledge of employment legislation and compliance in the UK and or Ireland.

  • Experience working with recruitment systems or ATS platforms.
