MCS Group is delighted to be recruiting again for our successful Life Science client based in Larne. As part of ongoing growth, I am looking for a Project Manager.
Are you a results-driven Project Manager with a passion for delivering complex initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated environment?
What You\’ll Do
As a key driver of project success, you\’ll:
- Lead full lifecycle project management – from planning and resource allocation to risk mitigation and change control
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment across technical, quality, and operations functions
- Build and manage detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project; identify critical paths and resolve bottlenecks
- Track project budgets and provide clear financial reporting against forecasts and targets
- Ensure compliance with PMO frameworks, documentation standards, and lifecycle governance
- You will have:
- A degree in a scientific, engineering, or business discipline (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in GMP, pharma, medical device, or regulated manufacturing environments - Advanced proficiency with project tools: MS Project, dashboards, risk logs, issue trackers
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) strongly preferred
