MCS Group is working closely with a leading SaaS provider as they seek to appoint a Programme Manager. Our client is an established technology firm working with major global organisations and transforming the Tax, Financial and Regulatory landscape through their software offering. This is a new opportunity has emerged for an experienced Delivery Manager/Programme Manager to build out a Client Implementation function and to lead and develop the wider Client Service Delivery team. Reporting directly to the COO, you will take full ownership of ensuring client implementation projects are delivered successfully. You\’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the business to make sure solutions are deployed on time, within budget, and with an outstanding client experience. This is a senior leadership role blending programme management, governance, client delivery, and relationship management. You\’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through digital change and ensuring tangible value is delivered.
