MCS Group is recruiting a Project Manager (Product Development) for our manufacturing technology client based in Lisburn.

We're recruiting an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional product development projects within a technology-led engineering environment.
You will bring together engineering, product and development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and ready for manufacture.
The Role
- Lead end-to-end product development projects
- Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams
- Define project scope, priorities, budgets and schedules
- Manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Drive delivery against key milestones
- Identify and remove project roadblocks
- Communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels
- Improve project planning and development processes
The successful candidate:
- Experience managing engineering development projects
- Strong project planning, estimating and budgeting experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to motivate teams and drive delivery
- Experience working across multiple sites / international teams
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
- It's advantageous if you have experience managing a combination of both hardware & firmware programmes, and using Project Management tools.
- Lean/Operational excellence experience within an engineering technical environment.
