MCS Group is recruiting a PLC/Automation Engineer for our manufacturing client, offering advanced bespoke equipment to customers on a truly global stage. An exciting opportunity has opened for an experienced PLC/Automation Engineer to join a leading global engineering manufacturer at the forefront of innovative ground equipment being developed in Northern Ireland and exported globally.
You'll play a key role in designing, programming and testing advanced PLC control systems, working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-performance automation solutions.
The candidate:
- Degree in Electronic/Software Engineering or similar
- 5 years' experience within engineering/manufacturing environments
- Strong PLC programming experience
- Experience with CAN tools, real-time debugging & control systems
