The Role
This is a true HR generalist role, balancing strategic influence with day-to-day operational responsibilities. Reporting directly to the CEO, you\’ll be the go-to People & Culture professional, driving initiatives that support both the business and its people.
Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team
* Managing employee relations cases and ensuring compliance
* Leading the end-of-year compensation cycle in partnership with the parent group
* Upskilling and coaching managers to drive performance and team growth
* Supporting the development of a growing sales and marketing function
* Overseeing HR operations, including admin, contracts, policies, and processes
* Building and embedding a positive people culture aligned with company ambitions
