This role offers the opportunity to work across a broad range of learning, organisational development and performance management activities while making a real impact on the employee experience.

The Role

  • Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of learning and development programmes, ensuring organisational training needs are met.
  • Partner with managers and stakeholders to identify development needs, design learning solutions, and deliver engaging training initiatives.
  • Coordinate leadership development programmes, graduate schemes, induction programmes, and other organisational development activities.
  • Monitor and analyse learning data, training outcomes, and performance metrics, providing recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external learning providers, supporting procurement processes, contract management, and budget monitoring.
  • Administer and develop the organisation's performance management system, ensuring effective reporting, compliance, and user support.
  • Support wider HR and organisational development projects, promoting a culture of continuous learning and ensuring compliance with mandatory training requirements.
  • The Person
  • The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:

Essential

  • HNC qualification (or equivalent) with CIPD Membership.
  • Experience within a Learning & Development environment.
  • Experience coordinating or delivering learning and development programmes.
  • Experience analysing learning data and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders.
