The Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR job duties involve:
- Manage delivery, processing and approval of weekly and monthly payroll
- Liaise with 3rd party payroll, insurance brokers, healthcash plan and pension providers.
- Manage the payroll inbox, ensuring queries are responded to and resolution provided in a timely manner.
- Produce payroll reports for month end reconciliations.
- Provide payroll data
- Administration of return to work processes.
- Processing Agency workers Timesheets.
- Any other duties highlighted in the job description
