Payroll & Benefits Specialist MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with an award winning organisation who are seeking an Payroll & Benefits Specialist on a 12 month fixed term contract to oversee an important function within the business.

The Rewards As the successful Payroll & Benefits Specialist you will receive: Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Depending on experience).

The Role The Payroll & Benefits Specialist will be responsible for: Managing the end-to-end monthly payroll process.
Administer employee benefits.
Administer starters, leavers, contractual changes, salary changes, overtime, shift allowances, statutory payments, pension deductions and benefit deductions.
Review, check and verify payroll input before submission to the payroll provider.
The Person The successful Payroll & Benefits Specialist will meet the following criteria: Experience of end-to-end UK payroll processing.
Experience administering a time and attendance system.
Experience administering employee benefits.
Working knowledge of PAYE, NI, statutory payments, and pension administration.
CIPP is desirable but not essential.
