MCS Group is delighted to be working with a successful, multi-entity business based in County Tyrone to recruit a Payroll Clerk on a full-time, permanent basis.
The company is a long-standing local business with a strong reputation within their industry. They have built a collaborative and close-knit working environment with excellent staff retention and a supportive culture.
The role involves key responsibilities including:
- Processing weekly, end-to-end payroll for a large employee base
- Managing payroll queries and acting as a point of contact for staff
- Processing timesheets and ensuring payroll accuracy and deadlines are met
- Supporting with additional finance duties including invoice processing and supplier reconciliations
What you need to succeed:
- Previous end-to-end payroll experience within a busy environment
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes including statutory payments and holidays
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Experience with Sage Payroll would be advantageous
