MCS Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing financial services organisation in the Omagh area to recruit a Credit Controller on a full-time, permanent basis.

The company

Our client is a well-established business operating across multiple locations throughout Northern Ireland and due to continued growth, the business is expanding its finance function.

The Role

As the successful Credit Controller, you will:

  • Maintain cash books and balance daily takings
  • Allocate and reconcile payments from previous days
  • Chase and collect outstanding debt
  • Handle a high volume of phone-based customer interactions
  • Support the wider Credit Control team with day-to-day tasks

What you need to succeed:

  • Previous credit control experience is desirable, but not essential
  • Strong customer service experience, particularly within telephone-based or money-handling roles
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
