Organisation Development Officer .
This opportunity is ideal for an experienced organisation development or HR professional with a passion for employee engagement, leadership development, organisational change, and delivering innovative learning initiatives.
The Role
- Support the delivery of the Organisation Development Business Plan through a range of employee engagement, wellbeing and learning initiatives.
- Design, coordinate and evaluate learning and development programmes, leadership initiatives and organisational development projects.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to improve organisational effectiveness, workforce planning and talent development.
- Develop and deliver employee engagement activities, wellbeing programmes and internal communication initiatives.
- Research best practice, analyse organisational data and prepare reports with recommendations to support continuous improvement.
- Coordinate training programmes, maintain accurate learning records and source external training providers within budget.
- Support the development of talent management, succession planning and employee attraction initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies while contributing to a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
- The Person
- The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Essential
- A relevant third level qualification in a business-related discipline and Associate CIPD (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in an Organisation Development, Learning & Development or HR role delivering engagement, wellbeing or organisational improvement initiatives.
- Experience designing and delivering learning or development programmes, including innovative or digital learning approaches.
