MCS Group is delighted to partner with a multi-award winning organisation as they look to add an Organisational Design BP to their team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join the organisation in this newly created role as they continue to grow and be a leader in their industry.

The role: You will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and department managers to assess, develop, and implement organisational structures that support efficiency, scalability, and long-term growth. You will play a crucial role in shaping team dynamics, optimising resource allocation, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

The main responsibilities:

  • Conduct organisational assessments to identify challenges and areas for improvement.
  • Align organisational design strategies with the company's long-term business goals.
  • Design and lead change management initiatives to support organisational evolution.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Support leadership in developing succession plans and career progression pathways.
  • Identify skills gaps and design training programmes to support employee development.
  • Review and improve performance management processes to align with company goals.
  • Implement employee engagement and retention strategies to drive long-term success.

The ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in organisational design, HR, or HR consulting.
  • Strong background in stakeholder engagement, change management, and talent development.
  • Experienced with HRIS, and utilising data analytics tools.
