Are you an NPI Engineer looking for a new opportunity or growth (and a 4 day week)? MCS Group is proud to be partnered with a forward thinking, innovative manufacturing company to join their successful engineering team. As a Senior NPI Engineer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and coordination of New Product Introduction. You will focus on ensuring a seamless transfer of projects into production. Duties and Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring effective planning, execution, and delivery. Translate customer drawings and specifications into manufacturing data Develop BOM and product structures Create operator build instructions and process documentation for production teams Assign process times to maximise productivity Provide technical support for customisation of existing product designs and build-to-print products. Ensure accurate and up-to-date record-keeping of project and production data. Participate in contract reviews, addressing all NPI engineering and commercial considerations. Offer practical support in model and pre-production builds as required by the business Co-ordinate and implement engineering change notices on active production lines. Essential Criteria 5+ Years experience in an engineering manufacturing environment Experience with mechanical and electrical systems Project Management experience What's in it for you?
