MCS Group is delighted to be working with a hugely successful organisation based in Newtownards as they seek to recruit a payroll associate on a full time, permanent basis. Due to continued expansion, they have streamlined their payroll team to Newtownards and are looking for a payroll associate to join their team.

Salary up to £36,000

Onsite parking

Hybrid working after probation

25 days holiday + 8 statutory days

The Role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you'll join a collaborative team and be responsible for the processing of the monthly or weekly payrolls, answering queries as well as assisting with adhoc requests and projects.

Specific Duties of the Payroll Associate Include:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all company payrolls.
  • Previous payroll experience (data input or end to end considered)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
