This is an ideal opportunity for a qualified accountant with strong commercial experience who is looking to take on a varied role with significant responsibility. The Role: Lead and support a team within the Treasury function, ensuring effective delivery and strong performance. Oversee day-to-day treasury operations, including cash management, banking and payments. Prepare and monitor cash flow forecasts, financial reports and key performance information. Oversee financial reconciliations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including financial service providers. Provide financial advice and insight to support business decisions, performance and improvement initiatives. Ensure financial processes, controls and regulatory requirements are effectively managed across the function. The Person The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience: Essential: Qualified accountant with membership of CCAB or an equivalent professional accounting body, with relevant commercial experience. Experience within a finance, treasury or cash management environment. Experience of financial reporting, budgeting and cash flow management. Strong leadership, communication, organisational and analytical skills. What's in it for you?
